Return Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
For non-custom, non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
