We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect and it’s determined to be our issue. We are not responsible for customers submitting mis-spellings or wrong information to be personalized.
If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us via email or using the contact form above within 48 hours or receiving the item with photos so we can provide a replacement or refund.
Damaged returns will be shipped out within 72 hours of verification of damaged shipment or inspected returned items that are not personalized.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for all non-defective returns.
